How long will it take to get my order?

Because our apparel features custom, minimalist single-line art engineered specifically for you, every piece requires a dedicated production window. Order processing and fulfillment take 2 to 5 business days, followed by a transit delivery window of 5 to 10 business days within North America.

How much does shipping cost?

To celebrate our launch, we are offering Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States and Canada with no minimum purchase required.

Orders & Custom Production

Where is my tracking number?

As soon as our print partners complete your apparel and pass it to the transit courier, an automated dispatch email containing your tracking link will be fired directly to your inbox.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we operate a rapid, automated print-on-demand fulfillment pipeline to keep shipping times tight, production begins almost immediately. If you need to make an emergency modification, please message us at support@pawandsoulcompany.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your streetwear. If your product arrives with a printing defect, damaged material, or the wrong size due to our error, we will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How do I initiate a return?

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturing address on the package. Reach out to our command team at support@pawandsoulcompany.com with your order number and a snapshot of the item, and we will provide you with the exact return routing instructions.
